Paige Mangan Rodriguez, CKS c/o 2008, inspired a generation of future artists as a young teacher then turned that gift into a business as she and her husband started a family. Now back at CKS as a parent, this thriving artist created beautiful 75^th anniversary champagne bottles for lead CKS Fund donors that then transformed into a lion mural that will live on in the halls of CKS. 

The Salesian spirit that defines CKS is alive and well today thanks in large part to Nick Tanis, CKS c/o 1992. Only the third lay principal in the school’s 75-year history, Tanis has devoted his leadership to sustaining a vibrant Catholic community that nurtures faith, academic excellence, and character. Following his time as a middle school language arts teacher and public school administrator, his return to CKS over a decade ago has ensured that the community spirit thrives for current and future Lions. 

Amalia Peña, CKS c/o 2019, is well on her way to making a name for herself in the world of art. With an already impressive portfolio, this Catholic University student has painted several murals for the parish and undertook three murals for CKS this summer that epitomized the spirit of our school. We are excited to see where Amalia's gifts lead her as she continues her college journey.

Matthew Paskert, CKS Class of 2007 and Nashville-based Creative Director, visited CKS to share how his journey to becoming Morgan Wallen’s concert photographer started on the morning show with Sister Lucy!

Ryan Thompson, Vincent DeCarlo, and Keane Hyer, Class of 2021, are the latest CKS alumni to celebrate signing day. These Jesuit High School seniors continue their baseball journeys at Florida Gulf Coast, North Carolina State, and University of Richmond.
