Who We Are

Christ the King Catholic School provides Pre-K through 8th grade education in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.

Christ the King Catholic School (CKS) is a community where faith, knowledge, and service come together to create an enriching educational experience rooted in Catholic traditions. Inspired by St. John Bosco’s educational philosophy of reason, religion and loving kindness, we are dedicated to fostering a strong foundation in Catholic values while providing a rigorous academic curriculum that prepares students for a lifetime of success and service. Founded in 1949, CKS is fully accredited and received the National Blue Ribbon of Excellence Award in 2011 and 2020. CKS embraces a culture of joy in education. In the classroom, on the playground, through the halls, and around our campus, we are driven by the core values of our mission – to inspire each child to grow in the love of Christ, joy of Knowledge, and spirit of Service.

Our Catholic faith is the cornerstone of our mission and purpose. We believe in fostering a deep and personal relationship with our faith. Our commitment to Christ is evident in every aspect of school life, from daily prayer and religious education to the way we treat one another with kindness and respect.

Knowledge

CKS provides a well-rounded, challenging curriculum that encourages curiosity and critical thinking. Our dedicated faculty members are committed to nurturing a love for learning, encouraging students to explore their interests and empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel at CKS and beyond.

Service

Through volunteer opportunities, we strive to instill a sense of responsibility and empathy in our students. By encouraging a spirit of service, we aim to develop compassionate leaders who understand the importance of making a positive impact on the lives of others, embodying the teachings of our faith through selfless acts of kindness and generosity.
